## DEAL DEFENCE POSITIONS
For every deal, pre-calculate three negotiation positions:

The "No Search" Speed is our competitive weapon. Apply this protocol:

Coverage: Local authority searches, drainage, environmental
Trigger: Activated on all Speed Loans sub-£100k, 1st charge
Cost: Single premium, paid by borrower from loan proceeds
Limitation: Not available on agricultural land, commercial use,

If Title Indemnity is unavailable (due to above exclusions),
